- Items must be unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the error is on our part (defective, incorrect, or damaged product upon delivery).
- We will provide a return label, and its cost will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for any risks related to return shipping.
Abusive Returns
Kami Kure reserves the right to charge administrative fees or refuse returns in case of repeated abuse.

Refund Conditions
- The refund will only be processed after verifying the returned product’s condition.
- It will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund period is up to 30 days after we receive the return.
Refund Amount
- Shipping, return fees, and additional services (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
- If the return results in the loss of a discount or free shipping, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Free gifts must be returned, otherwise, their value will be deducted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the product.
- After validation, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
