Free shipping
Shipping is free for all orders delivered to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, with no hidden fees.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your destination. Here is a summary :
Belgium: 1 working day
France: 3 - 5 working days
Luxembourg: 1 - 2 working days
Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days
Germany: 1 - 2 business days
Spain: 4 - 8 working days
Italy: 4 - 8 working days
Portugal ; 4 - 8 working days
Receiving and checking your package
Upon receiving your order :
- Check the condition of the package and its contents.
- Report any issues (missing, damaged, or incorrect items) to our customer service within 48 hours, with a supporting photo.
Delayed or lost package
If there is a delivery delay, please contact us.
A package is considered lost after :
- 7 business days (Belgium)
- 14 business days (Europe)
- 21 business days (International)
Signature and withdrawal
Some deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If the package is not picked up on time and is returned to us, the cost of reshipping will be at your expense.
Incorrect address
