ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) establish the rules and procedures governing sales made between Kami Kure and any user making a purchase on the site. This site offers cosmetic care and beauty products (hereinafter referred to as "Products" or "Items") exclusively intended for final consumers, meaning non-professional users.
In these GTC, the user and Kami Kure shall be collectively referred to as "the Parties" and individually as "a Party." Once an order is validated, the user becomes the "Buyer," and all the rights and obligations of the user shall then apply to them.
ARTICLE 3 - GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING THESE TERMS OF SALE
3.1 - Purpose of the Terms of Sale
These GTC aim to establish the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Kami Kure.
3.2 - Scope of the Terms of Sale
The GTC apply to any order placed on the site, implying the client's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
3.3 - Acceptance of the Terms of Sale
By validating an order on the site, the client acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC.
3.4 - Modification of the Terms of Sale
Kami Kure reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of the order.
3.5 - Partial Nullity
If any provision of these GTC is declared null, the other provisions shall remain applicable. The nullified clause will be replaced in accordance with the legal procedure.
3.6 - Product Compliance
Kami Kure guarantees that its products comply with the descriptions displayed at the time of order and comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
3.7 - Information on Ingredients and Availability
The ingredient lists of the products are available for consultation before purchase on the product page. The availability of items is indicated on the site and updated in real-time.
These general terms of sale and the order summary sent to the buyer form a contractual whole and constitute the entirety of the contractual relationship between the parties. In case of contradiction between these documents, the general terms of sale shall prevail.
ARTICLE 4 - THE CLIENT
The client declares to be a natural person, of legal age, and legally capable of placing an order on the site.
When entering their personal information in the "My Account" section, the buyer is required to provide accurate and complete data for all mandatory fields. In case of an error in the entered contact details, Kami Kure cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the products.
ARTICLE 5 - PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Kami Kure offers a range of hair care and cosmetic products designed to meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. We are committed to continuous research and development to improve our formulas and ensure increasingly high-performance products. Consequently, ingredient lists and formulations may evolve to reflect these improvements.
Product availability is indicated on the dedicated pages of our site. However, this may vary depending on stock levels. We do our best to inform our customers in real-time about any stock shortages or modifications.
ARTICLE 6 - PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT. Kami Kure reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
ARTICLE 7 - GIFT CODES, DISCOUNTS, AND VOUCHERS
Order payments are made online via the secure payment solutions offered on the site. In the event of a return of one or more items, the value of any applied discount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Gift items are non-refundable and must be returned if the associated items are returned.
Promotional codes cannot be used simultaneously with other ongoing offers.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from their date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Other promotional codes have a specific validity period and may be limited to certain Kami Kure product ranges.
Finally, discounted or sale items are not eligible for the use of discount codes.
ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT
Order payments are made online using the secure payment methods indicated on the site.
ARTICLE 9 - ORDER CONFIRMATION
After order validation, a confirmation email is sent to the client. An additional shipping confirmation will be sent once the order is prepared.
ARTICLE 10 - DELIVERY
Delivery is free for Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and the Netherlands, with no additional charges. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. A summary table of delivery times for these countries is provided below :
- Belgium: 1 business day
- France: 3 - 5 business days
- Luxembourg: 1 - 2 business days
- Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days
- Germany: 1 - 2 business days
- Spain: 4 - 8 business days
- Italy: 4 - 8 business days
- Portugal: 4 - 8 business days
10.1 – Order Verification
The client is required to check the condition and conformity of the delivered items upon receipt. This verification will be considered completed as soon as the buyer, or any person authorized to receive the order on their behalf, accepts the delivery without reservations.
Any anomaly (missing, damaged, or non-compliant item) must be reported to Kami Kure as soon as possible after receipt, following the return procedures specified in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
10.2 – Delay / Lost Order
In the event of a delivery delay, Kami Kure commits to informing the client and exploring possible solutions. A lost package cannot be refunded or reshipped until the following waiting periods have passed :
7 business days for orders within Belgium
14 business days for orders within Europe
21 business days for international orders
Kami Kure cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused by a delay or failure in delivery, regardless of the chosen delivery method.
10.3 – Recipient’s Signature
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of the package.
If you are unable to sign and receive your package, and it is not collected within the designated timeframe, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will need to arrange a new delivery at your own expense.
10.4 – Order Processing
Orders are processed based on availability and shipped as quickly as possible.
10.5 – Incorrect Address / Corrections
Kami Kure is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the client.
ARTICLE 11 – RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
11.1 – Cancellations
You may cancel your order online at any time before completing the secure payment process. Once payment has been finalized, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the shipment, even if you contact us immediately after placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure to send the products back.
11.2 – Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Check your order upon receipt. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 48 hours, providing your order number and a photo of the product.
If an item is missing, check the condition of the package. If it is damaged, contact us immediately with a photo.
Claims not reported within 7 business days will not be accepted. We will arrange a replacement free of charge, and you will need to return the affected item in its original packaging.
11.3 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Returned products must be unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. You have 14 calendar days to return a product without justification. This period starts the day after delivery.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the risks associated with the shipment remain under your responsibility. We will provide you with a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

Opened, damaged, incomplete, personalized, perishable, sale items, or gift cards cannot be returned.
Kami Kure reserves the right to charge administrative fees or refuse returns in case of repeated abuse.
11.4 – Refunds
Refunds are processed after verification of the returned products. Kami Kure will refund the amount within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method as the original order.
Shipping fees, return costs, and additional services (such as gift wrapping) are non-refundable. If the return makes the order ineligible for free shipping or a discount, the corresponding fees or discount value will be deducted from the refund. Any gifted items must also be returned, or their value will be deducted.
ARTICLE 12 – LIMITED LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER
12.1 – Liability in the Online Sales Process
Kami Kure cannot be held responsible for any interruptions or potential malfunctions of the website, nor for consequences resulting from the use of the site or the inability to use it.
Kami Kure's liability is strictly limited to the order processing, shipping, and returns according to the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
12.2 – Liability for Sold Products
Kami Kure declines any responsibility for damages resulting from improper or non-compliant use of the products.
Kami Kure's responsibility is limited to a best-efforts obligation in the online sales process. It cannot be held responsible for damages related to Internet network issues (data loss, viruses, service interruptions, etc.), force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, fires, technical failures, or any other event disrupting order processing.
ARTICLE 13 – INFORMATION ARCHIVING
You agree that electronic exchanges, signatures, records, and all data stored in Kami Kure's computer systems serve as proof of interactions and transactions conducted between you and Kami Kure.
ARTICLE 14 – RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Products remain the property of Kami Kure until full payment of the due amount by the client. However, the risk of loss or damage to the items is transferred to you upon delivery. If necessary, you agree to inform any third party of this ownership retention in favor of Kami Kure.
ARTICLE 15 – PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Client personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the website.
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights :
- Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data stored.
- Right to rectification: Correct your data if inaccurate.
- Right to erasure: Delete your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
- Right to data portability: Receive your data in a usable format.
- Right to restriction of processing: Limit how your data is used.
- Right to object: Opt out of data processing for marketing purposes.
- Right to file a complaint: In case of a dispute, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (DPA) :

ARTICLE 16 – FORCE MAJEURE
Kami Kure cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance of contractual obligations due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, armed conflicts, fires, pandemics, raw material shortages, product shortages, government restrictions, import/export license refusals, disruptions in telecommunication or electricity networks, or any other event beyond Kami Kure's reasonable control.
In such cases, Kami Kure reserves the right to extend delivery times for a duration equivalent to the event preventing normal execution of its obligations. If the force majeure event makes contract execution impossible under reasonable conditions, Kami Kure may decide to cancel the order without liability or compensation.
ARTICLE 17 – DURATION
These General Terms and Conditions apply for as long as Kami Kure products are available online.
ARTICLE 18 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of Brussels (Belgium).
